Elliott Broidy is Chairman and CEO of Broidy Capital Holdings, LLC, founded in 2022 in Boca Raton, Florida, and previously led its predecessor, Broidy Capital Management, headquartered in Los Angeles, from 1991 to 2022.
He is Founder and Managing Partner of Threat Deterrence Capital Holdings, LLC and LEO Technologies Holdings, LLC, and serves as Chairman and CEO of Cynapse Holdings, LLC.
Since 2014, Elliott Broidy has focused on technology businesses, including AI, across the defense, intelligence, homeland security, public safety, and law enforcement sectors. Earlier, from 1982 to 1991, he was a Managing Director at Bell Enterprises, where he was involved in a wide range of investments, including management of marketable securities, real estate, private equity, and other alternative investments. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Broidy is Chairman of Event Solutions International, Inc. (ESI Holdings, Inc.) and serves on the Board of Directors of Foley Timber and Land Company, L.P. and Vantis Capital Management LLC. He is also a Trustee of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and previously served as a Commissioner of the Los Angeles City Fire and Police Pension Fund.
He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and has served on the governing boards of numerous charitable and educational institutions, including the Center for Investment Studies at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Hebrew Union College, and Wilshire Boulevard Temple. He was also a founding member of the Board of Governors of the California-Israel Chamber of Commerce.
Elliott Broidy has maintained a longstanding commitment to public service and philanthropy, with a focus on strengthening the United States and the State of Israel. He was appointed by Secretary Michael Chertoff to the United States Homeland Security Advisory Council and has served on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Police Foundation. He was also appointed by the President to serve on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
He has served on multiple boards and committees at his alma mater, the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is a recipient of the Raoul Wallenberg Award and has been honored by the Israel-American Chamber of Commerce and the American-Israel Friendship League.
Elliott Broidy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.
