One lesson I have learned after decades of experience is that industries rarely transform because of a single breakthrough. More often, they reach a point where incremental innovation becomes less important than integration. The technologies themselves continue to improve, but the greater opportunity lies in bringing them together in ways that fundamentally change how organizations operate.

The future is unlikely to be defined by a single artificial intelligence model or a breakthrough hardware platform.
